Scope;

·         To conduct an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment of the planned developments in order to identify and assess their potential environmental and social impacts;

·         To carry out consultations with relevant stakeholders, including potentially project affected persons, to obtain their views and suggestions regarding the environmental and social impacts of the proposed project.

·         To prepare and cost an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) detailing mitigation measures as well as institutional roles and responsibilities in the operationalization of the ESMP.
